You'll sit down with your eyes closed at this gourmet brasserie from Scottish chef Gordon Ramsay, in the Trianon Palace. Facing the château's park, where sheep graze and the view of the setting sun is splendid, you can enjoy refined, light and varied cuisine. A selection of signature dishes: beef tongue, black garlic, raspberry, mustard; sole de petit bateau, Gillardeau oyster, shellfish; mallard duck, persimmon, pumpkin gnocchi, Grand Marnier jus; sturgeon, Maison Prunier, osciètre caviar, turnip, daikon, karachi. A visual and gustatory delight!

Un restaurant gastronomique dont le menu est concocté par Gordon Ramsey. On y mange très bien et le service est de qualité. Par contre, les prix sont légèrement excessifs, que ce soit les menus ou les vins et c'est vraiment dommage. On aimerait pouvoir y retourner plus souvent mais le budget doit être conséquent.
A gastronomic restaurant can be a little too cold, (but you are in a luxury hotel, so we know amazes S to wait)... but quality. There refined cuisine, setting sumptuous... that is enough to want to return.
Second and last deplorable experience in this restaurant. Except very pleasant setting in summer, everything is really poor to see terrible!
First service, ineffective, overflowed and icy, then cuisine an unacceptable value: uninteresting, warm served main courses and children's menu, worse than worst school canteens and all this with a very savoury bill.
To book to tourists of this luxury hotel and not to go with your eyes closed.
