Located on the market square in the vibrant city center, the Bouchon du Marché is in the purest tradition of Lyon's bouchons, combining quality products and conviviality. Olivier Cazier offers a convivial table where you can eat copiously, in the dining room or on the terrace, à la lyonnaise or in a more traditional way. Here, hospitality and quality go hand in hand: game terrine or cervelas lyonnais pistaché; pike quenelle, morel sauce; andouillette lyonnaise, mustard sauce... Une vraie pépite en plein cœur de Versailles. J’ai jamais eu un aussi gros coup de cœur pour un restaurant… les plats sont divins, les serveurs sont terriblement gentils, le patron qui vient s’assurer que tout est ok. Des gens simples et vrais. C’était génial, déjà hâte d’y retourner !
