TILLY CASTLE
Go there and contact
Built in the th century, Tilly Castle has a characteristic architectural style of Louis XIII's reign. The central building is flanked by two circular towers, and the building was once surrounded by ditches, now dry. In 1764, on the eve of his first marriage, the Earl of Grasse bought the property and departed in 1784 after having been exiled from the court by the War Council. The residence surrounded by a fenced park of six hectares was redeemed and saved from ruin in 1936 by François Delalande. Unfortunately, she cannot visit. The façade and roofs of the castle were registered in Historic monuments in 1994.
