A set of fortification remains located in Rions, the Lhyan tower, built in 1330 by the lord of the city.
The Rions enclosure is a set of fortification remains classified as a Historic Monument. If a large part of the enclosure has disappeared, the Tower of Lhyan still stands proudly and signs the entrance to the medieval village. It was built in 1330 by the lord of Rions, Guillaume Seguin, on fortifications razed to the ground in 1295 following the battle with Charles de Valois (consequences of incessant rivalries between the French and English). The upper parts of the Tour de Lhyan were restored in 1881 by the architect Léon Drouyn.

Imposante tour à l'entrée du village, que l'on traverse pour visiter ce petit havre de paix avec ses ruelles tranquilles et ses fleurs sur les murs. Lieu ravissant et paisible.
