Opposite the Château de Saint-Germain, l'Amnésia has been taken over by a brother-and-sister duo in the kind of bistro atmosphere we love. We'll start with a board of 5 cheese or charcuterie products to share. The à la carte menu features fresh, seasonal and local produce to delight your palate: coquillettes monseigneur with truffle cream, pizzas, 300g rib steak... Finish with a homemade dessert and crêpes (beer or cognac batter). In winter, we'll be back for comfort food: fondue, raclette, beef bourguignon...

Faites juste attention à ne pas rester dans l’entrebâillement de la porte ou en plein milieu à l’intérieur de peur de ne déranger le staff : les serveurs vont très vite !
