Behind a discreet façade, this warm restaurant transports you to the heart of the South-West. The welcome is attentive but discreet. The wood and white décor is cosy. A few cups and rugby balls recall the Basque chef's youthful sporting days. And, of course, the refined cuisine honors the flavors of the Southwest: foie gras terrine, confit or perfectly executed duck breast. We loved the salmon with curry sauce and the melt-in-the-mouth brioche perdue. The terrace is heated in winter. All the ingredients are there to make you feel good.
