You'll find a constantly evolving selection of 600 bottles, including vintages, 200 organic and biodynamic wines, 200 whiskies (specializing in Scotland, the USA and Japan), 100 rums, chartreuses, real Pastis, and 60 champagnes. The winery also offers wine courses and free tastings every Saturday. A cellar well worth the detour!
