Bar-brewery offering home-made dishes and desserts made with raw and quality products.
Open since February 2017, the XVI is a bar-brewery in the traditional spirit of cafés. The owners make it a point of honour to offer their "Home-made" customers every day, using raw, quality products, both in the kitchen for lunchtime dishes and desserts, and behind the bar with hot chocolate prepared from dark chocolate and locally made whipped cream. The coffee is roasted in France and the milk and liquid cream are fresh and whole. The burger bread is organic without additives and the homemade fries are still whole potatoes when the day begins. In short, in the 16th century, the "Fait-Maison" is legion!
