A patisserie offering a range of innovative sweet creations, as well as a fine selection of breads and flours.

An attractive bakery run by two brothers, Jimmy and Jérôme. These artisans, multi-prized for their traditional baguette (ranked 3rd in Yvelines and Île-de-France), offer all kinds of breads and flours, sourdough loaves and 7kg loaves by the slice. We loved the spelt-cranberry-apricot loaf and the goat-coppa-oignon-crudités sandwich. On the pastry side, we had real creations like the vanilla-caramel-peanut tart - a best to try - or magnificent number cakes made to order. Pistachios and pralines are roasted in-house. Well worth the detour.
