Multi-awarded and starred restaurant in Marly-le-Roi where the chef elaborates several menu proposals.
Top of the range: that's the Village, masterfully managed by Tomohiro Uido, who gave his name to the most inventive, creative and chic menu in the area. In just a few lines, it's hard to stress just how unique the experience here is. Multi-awarded, starred and acclaimed, the restaurant does not disappoint, far from it. The menus come in a variety of flavors, with the star being the one to which the chef has given his name, featuring no fewer than 11 dishes, including Goï Cuôn de Homard Bleu and foie gras, and above all the famous Japanese Wagyu beef. A must-try.

Excellent gourmet restaurant, mer and terre cuisine with surprising combinations. A small downside is that it is a very small establishment so not much space inside.

Une étoile méritée. Des saveurs originales, des présentations soignées, et un service au top. Le rythme entre les plats aura été peut-être un peu rapide mais rien de bien méchant. Je recommande ????

Des plats très savoureux avec un bon équilibre entre la cuisine française et japonaise. Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup.
