Rosso Pachino is a relaxed Italian pizzeria and restaurant with a decor of light wood and plants. Their specialty: pinsa romana, a type of pizza with a three-flour Roman dough recipe. We loved the delicious dough, crisp and light, and the highly creative recipes. A pizza bar concept where the raw dough is displayed and prepared in front of the customer: each person chooses his or her pizza and it's cooked right away. A warm welcome. A little detour is a must, for a great experience! Recommended.
