This town hall features a metal sculpture painted in the shape of an earlier work by La Verrière
Architect Michel Euvé, who rehabilitated the town hall building in 1995, retained the entrance and bell tower of the former town hall built in the 1930s. Outside, a painted metal sculpture by Nicolas Sahnes stands in the center of the pool. It was computer-designed from the shape of an earlier work. The artist simply extracted the geometric structure which, once deformed, reveals only its emptiness at the center of the basin. Inside the building, another mineral sculpture welcomes visitors in the lobby.
