The Round Elm is one of the three implementing restaurants of the Ferrandi School. There is a need to do this in advance to book a table, according to the themes of four times a week: Tuesday to lunch, fixed menu, Friday to lunch, choice menu, Wednesday evening dinner, and Thursday, gastronomic dinner with multiple choice. All the service codes are respected by the pupils, under the discreet gaze of a teacher, in the course of a delicious meal served in beautiful plates delicately erected. We do not hesitate to try everyone: the hosts of the same table are invited to vary their choices, the more difficult the work, the more students learn. In both cooking and dining, these young shoots work here with great complicity. A delicious experience with no moderation.
