After pushing the door of this large half-timbered house, you will settle into one of the three rooms with their refined light-coloured decoration, or on the terrace on sunny days. Les Oliviers offers a traditional cuisine, based on simple products with inventive touches. We will pick from a generous menu, as a starter, a crispy black pudding with roasted apples or a delicious homemade poultry liver pâté, we will continue with a farm poultry or a surprising omelette with green asparagus... Finally, let's not forget the desserts, classic but excellent. A crush on Houdan.
