THE SEVEN MARES

A concrete testimony to urban planning in the 1970 s, the Quartier des Sept Mares was designed by architects Philippe and Martine Deslandes. It gathers constructions on tiles, underground parking and pedestrian paths. The ensemble is organized around a shopping street (Chemin aux bœufs) along which the buildings "Les Vague" extend, a name inspired by their balconies shaped by waves that allow everything to be seen by staying hidden.

The 7 Ponds is located on Elancourt/Maurepas. Nothing to do with Crespières! Crespières are a Chemin aux Boeufs, there is the source of confusion?
