In 2011, the Houry family decided to settle in the Gironde in an exceptional site. An important change of course for the urban couple until then, was not seen in the vineyard. They were conquered by this ancient Charterhouse of the 18th surrounded by four acres of vineyards (50% of merlot, 40% of cabernet - sauvignon and 10% of cabernet franc) and business opportunities to come. 2011 will then be the year of the first vintage which is completely done under their responsibility. The castle, the vintage Rider and the Prestige were recently bottled and already a bronze medal in the national competition of independent winemakers! The estate also has eight acres of meadows allowing the family to setup their equestrian estate on site. Professional riders or those of all levels can enjoy the new stables for training, walk or leave their equidae under the care of Benjamin and Sylvain. The castle of Beau Site also offers three guest houses (including a family suite) refined and confortable.
