Inn with a tasty and well-structured cuisine in Coignières.

With its half-timbered walls, Norman farmhouse look and stunning decor from another era, this inn is a stopover full of flavor and charm. The cuisine is tasty and well-structured, right in its traditional boots. Foie gras with toast, fillet of beef with green pepper sauce or cod with basil sauce are all on the menu. And, of course, you can't go wrong with a homemade tarte Tatin. An address without false notes.

Restaurant confortable et incroyablement authentique ! Il y avait beaucoup de panneaux de mosaïque en céramique. Deux salles. Il y avait 7 tables dans la petite salle. Le menu était uniquement en français et le serveur ne parlait pas anglais. Le traducteur en ligne m'a aidé ! Bon menu. Entre autres, il y a deux formules : 35 et 29 euros (boissons à part). Tous les plats étaient incroyablement délicieux ! Mais surtout les desserts ! Ils sont divins ! J'ai goûté pour la première fois la Tarte Tatin et l'Ile Flottante ! Incroyable !
