An exceptional building in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, listed as a Historic Monument, the Porchères flour mill was transformed into a cylinder mill in the 1930s. These rare machines remain intact. During your visit, a guide will introduce you to the history of the site, the knowledge of the miller and the machines used to transform wheat into flour. Don't forget the bread-making workshop! At the heart of the Dordogne Basin World Biosphere Reserve, the Moulin is an excellent starting point for a riverside or river walk.
