Restaurant preparing recipes of tagines or couscous with seafood.

In a Décor tale decorated with walls with arabesques and mosaics, you are ready for a culinary trip to Moroccan sauce. Opened soon 40 years ago, it was Aziz Oubakrim who picked up the torch on his father in 1977. We are talking about traditions: pastilla at the pigeon (laminated stuffed to pigeon and almonds covered with icing sugar and cinnamon!) and seafood, then couscous or tajines in recipes. As there is a lot of légion, it is advisable to book. We regret a somewhat slow service… But that people pressed are not discouraged: The restaurant offers its catering services and a domicile and couscoussiers home and 3 compartments (note: for every order of 5 couscous, a bottle of wine is offered).

Bonne expérience dans ce très joli restaurant marocain. Le service y est impeccable avec des serveurs courtois et rapides. Les plats et desserts sont bons mais j’ai été un peu déçu par le tajine maison, car je trouvais les légumes un peu fades, l’agneau était quant à lui très bon, tout comme les autres plats que ma famille avaient pris. Les prix y sont vraiment abordables pour la quantité et la qualité proposée !

Bon le cuisinier des autres avis ne devait pas être là ? Tajine maison immangeable de poivre moulu, le morceau de viande 80% d os 10% de gras et 10% de viande quand aux légumes aucun goût sinon de poivre les épices marocaines si parfumées totalement absentes ! La rondelle de tomate disposere au dessus était encore plus poivrée que le reste. Heureusement qu il y avait un plat de semoule pois chiche et raisins pour calmer le feu. Bref pour moi indigne d une cuisine marocaine digne de ce nom. Mon voisin qui avait pris la version poisson était à la même enseigne !
