Le Pavillon de Bailly is a beautifully decorated and enchanting setting. Véronique and Stéphane Terrasson, Maître Restaurateur, welcome you to the verdant setting of this bourgeois house. The menu varies according to the season, with definitively gourmet preparations: for starters, foie gras de canard mi-cuit à la vanille; for main courses, medallions of guinea fowl with mushroom cream. The best thing about this establishment is the work done on the plate: the chef makes his own ice creams and smokes his own salmon and duck breasts.
