On the site of the Vaux-de-Cernay estate, this former farm formerly run by the lay brothers has now been converted into a country hotel, a more affordable but no less comfortable counterpoint to the luxury of the rooms in the neighbouring abbey. Nestled in the greenery, it offers the charm of a country living room, with a welcoming natural elegance, where natural materials and colours take pride of place. The climate and the setting are conducive to serenity, country discoveries, a return to nature - even in the shower or bath rooms, with their animal mosaics. Six meeting rooms from 20 m² to 160 m² and a "Wellness" area are also available. The hotel is located a five-minute walk from the abbey, allowing you to enjoy its gastronomic restaurant La Table du Prieur, run by chef Xavier Désiré.
