This is one of the three mills on the hill, which became a restaurant in the 19th century and was known as the "Moulin de la Terrasse du Père la Galette" until 1920. Situated on one of the city's hills, it offers an unrivalled panoramic view of Paris and its lights. On the plate, you'll find traditional, gourmet dishes created by chef Pascal Taprest, according to a menu that changes seasonally, such as the duo of pan-seared octopus and calamari with creamy onion sauce, or sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, for example!
