The enclosure tower, a landmark for many, also called the Bourseaux tower in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône
It is a landmark for many, who still call it the "Tour des Bourseaux". It is the only vestige of the surrounding wall that surrounded the abbey. Today, it remains the only witness of a much larger construction. Many of the stones of this wall were used over time to build some of the houses in the vicinity. More than ten metres high, it cannot be visited - its dimensions do not allow it - and its circular aspect is fully part of the local urban landscape.
