I LOVE PARIS BY GUY MARTIN
Address with a view of the airplanes serving dishes between bistronomy and gastronomy.
Located in Hall L of Terminal 2, one of the newest in the huge complex, the site is masterfully led by the immense Guy Martin, and this can be felt. The menu, which changes twice a year, offers dishes ranging from the traditional dishes of a chic bistro to gourmet cuisine. A roasted can on eggplant caviar, a sea bream and its rolled tofu or a Colbert style whiting were undoubtedly the best choices during our visit. A few burgers and good desserts complete the menu. With a view of the planes, the place, quite majestic and contemporary, does not lack of style. That is why the place is part of it, according to criteria that are certainly subjective, but that we will consider true, since the five in the world are the most photographed. However, there is one minor drawback: as a global platform, the airport deserves to have its kitchens open according to longer hours.
