A dovecote like no other, in the shape of a turret in Puiseux, it also signaled the first distillery of the village.

Its silhouette is familiar to the locals, so much so that the logo of the town is a representation of it. The dovecote, known as the "Thomassin farm" - in relation to the name of the family to which it still belongs - is in the form of a turret about 3 metres wide, and is still useful today. Beyond that, it also signalled the first distillery in the village, opened here in the 19th century. In the end, a dovecote like no other.
