Conditions d'hébergement déplorables : matelas complètement défoncé avec un "trou" énorme au milieu, éclairage de la chambre très faiblePetit déjeuner de qualité médiocre : jus de fruit et café imbuvables, brioche industrielle sans goût, ...Prix de la chambre très excessif compte-tenu de la qualité générale de la prestation.

Zimmer dreckig, Wände zerkratzt, Haare in der Dusche und dem Waschbecken, Popel an der Toilettenwand. Die Bilder auf z.B. Booking entsprechen dem Zimmer bei Neubau, vor gefühlten 60 Jahren, die Wände, Decken und der Boden sind Hellhörig wie Papier, die verstopfte Dusche bietet ein Indoorpool und die Bettwäsche wurde vor fünf Gästen das letzte Mal gewaschen.
Wer den Charme von Amerikanischen Highway Motels erleben will ist hier genau richtig, für alle anderen ist dieses "Hotel" nicht geeignet. Die Zimmerpreise sind in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.
Unsere eine Nacht hier, wurde zudem durch den Geruch von grasrauchenden Nachbarn, sowie den lauten der Dame über uns zu einem Erlebnis, das wir kein zweites Mal benötigen.

Immerhin hat die automatische 24h Rezeption funktioniert.

After the 2 second comment, that's called persistence ... As said in the rest, please excuse us for the non compliant cleaning and for the other guests, the hotel is not responsible for EVERYTHING that happens ... Education is not given to everyone.

Sowas dreckiges habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt . Duschabfluss war verstopft, Haare im Waschbecken, an der Seite des Waschbeckens am Rand befand sich ein Popel. Zudem war mein Kopfkissen dreckig. Wenn man weisse Bezüge draufmacht sollte man achten dass es auch weiss ist! Mein Partner hatte sogar nen schwarzen dreckfleck dran. Das Zimmer roch als wir hinein gingen nach muff und rauch. Zudam haben andere gäste unter unserem fenster gras geraucht und über uns vergnügte sich ein paar so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Das HOTEL ist eher ein MOTEL denn dieser besteht nur aus kontainer. Dementsprechend hellhörig! Ich werde das hotel ab sofort meiden und werde auch allen davon abraten.

I understand your dissatisfaction and apologise on behalf of the whole team for the inconvenience you caused during your stay, but the behaviour of other guests is not the fault of the hotel... We try to watch out for incivilities but education is not given to everyone.

Pas mal mais comme beaucoup d'hôtels de cette chaîne il y a un manque évident d'entretien depuis longtemps. Dommage car abordables et pratiques.
