I had dream some for 8 years and I was not disappointed. Flavours are multiplied by ten by the techniques employed. I particularly recommend the nest spaghetti sweetbreads.
A majestic setting with a few dozen miles from Bordeaux. We did not stay at the hotel but dined in the gastronomic restaurant worthy of the name. Unknown, strange flavours sum all extraordinary! Cheese to know which to choose, a more subtle chocolate taste all than the others. Let us add an impeccable service! A Large Restaurant that is worth the detour!!
Thanks to this wonderful lunch, my 10 years wedding will be an unforgettable experience!

-à notre arrivée le 31 juillet au soir , il n' y avait plus aucune serviette propre au bord de la piscine et aucun personnel dans les environs de la piscine et du fitness; personne qui demander un service.
-le concierge a bien cherché la possibilité de réserver deux places pour visiter le phare de Cordouan mais il n' a pas cherché plus loin et ne nous a pas suggéré de faire uns visite dans l' estuaire que proposait pourtant la même société .
