At La Salamandre, there is something for everyone since it is a brasserie-bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. A pleasant restaurant ideally located on the waterfront of Pauillac. The restaurant serves a "homemade" cuisine on the spot. Southwestern and terroir traditional, the offered dishes are tasty. The menu also has a small Italian look with dishes like the Risotto with mushrooms and smoked duck breast sprinkled with Italian cheese, the Masimos pasta or its suggested pizzas, from the 4 seasons to the Pauillacaise (pizza with duck breast), it is also possible to order take-away. The daily special at lunchtime and the suggestions on the board change according to the market, ideal for those who enjoy eating with the rhythm of the seasons. The little plus if you order a bottle of wine and you do not finish it, you can take it home! Upstairs, you will find a beautiful view of the estuary; on the ground floor, the bar and a shaded terrace in summer.

Des produits variés, des plats superbes notamment les burger et les tagliatelles.

Nourriture de bonne qualité. Petit bémol sur les quantités sur certains plats, un peut plus garnie serait parfait.
Et si vous comptez payer avec des chèques vacances, oubliez car ils ne sont guère aimable sur ce moyen de paiement, et en fait ils ne prennent pas la totalite de la note.
Moment qui aurait pu être sympa mais gâché par ce genre de restauration. Dommage
