At La Salamandre, there is something for everyone since it is a brasserie-bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria. A pleasant restaurant ideally located on the waterfront of Pauillac. The restaurant serves a "homemade" cuisine on the spot. Southwestern and terroir traditional, the offered dishes are tasty. The menu also has a small Italian look with dishes like the Risotto with mushrooms and smoked duck breast sprinkled with Italian cheese, the Masimos pasta or its suggested pizzas, from the 4 seasons to the Pauillacaise (pizza with duck breast), it is also possible to order take-away. The daily special at lunchtime and the suggestions on the board change according to the market, ideal for those who enjoy eating with the rhythm of the seasons. The little plus if you order a bottle of wine and you do not finish it, you can take it home! Upstairs, you will find a beautiful view of the estuary; on the ground floor, the bar and a shaded terrace in summer.

Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec le personnel qui est souriant et professionnel.
Seul le directeur d'établissement vous donne l'impression de le déranger à tout instant. (La remise en question est compliqué, il suffit de regarder ses réponses aux avis clients)
Je met malgré tout 4 étoiles, il faut soutenir nos commerçants.
Tout le repas était frais même les frites.
Nous avons rarement autant bien mangé dans un restaurant avec des plats suffisamment copieux. Un menu à 29 € avec très bon rapport qualité prix.
Service excellent, polie et à l’écoute + service rapide.
