Getting around in and from the Val Parisis conurbation at night is possible with the Noctilien lines. The network comprises dozens of lines that criss-cross the Paris region between 0.30 and 5.30 a.m., including several here. Line N154 connects Gare Saint-Lazare with the Montigny-Beauchamp RER station, via Ermont, Sannois, Franconville and Beauchamp. Line N150 - again to Saint-Lazare - serves Montigny-Beauchamp and Pierrelaye stations. Further south, line N155 links St-Lazare and Poissy via Cormeilles, La Frette and Herblay.

GARE D'ERMONT EAUBONNE

Railway station

Completely renovated in the 2010s, the station is modern and boasts a number of shops: Ermont-Eaubonne station, on the border of the two communes, is one of the main transport hubs of the Val Parisis conurbation. In addition to a large bus station, the railway station is served by three lines: the RER C to Paris from the west, the H line to Gare Saint-Lazare and the H line to Gare du Nord. The modern infrastructure also includes a number of shops.

GARE D'ERMONT HALTE

Railway station

This is one of Ermont's three train stations: while not the largest, it nevertheless enhances the town's excellent rail connections. Located in the eponymous rue, the station is served by trains on the H line, linking Valmondois to Gare du Nord - the latter can be reached in around half an hour. Situated between the Gros-Noyer Saint-Prix and Ermont-Eaubonne stations, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has a parking lot and drop-off area that are very popular at peak times.

BUSVAL D'OISE

Complementing the Citeval network, the Busval d'Oise network is operated by the Lacroix Group on behalf of Ile-de-France Mobilités. The network comprises 7 lines, which cover the whole of the département and pass through many towns in the Val Parisis conurbation. For example, line 95.10 (Cergy-Préfecture / Gare d'Argenteuil) passes through Herblay, Pierrelaye and Franconville, while line 95.29 runs entirely within the agglomeration, between Montigny-Beauchamp and Ermont-Eaubonne.

GARE DE CERNAY

Railway station

Served by two lines, one RER, the other Transilien, Cernay station serves the district of the same name in the south of Ermont. Between Ermont-Eaubonne and Franconville - Le Plessis-Bouchard stations, it takes an average of 25 minutes to reach Gare du Nord, and around 30 minutes to reach Porte de Clichy. Overlooking the departmental road, it has a parking lot with around 40 spaces. Served by several dozen trains a day, it is less busy than its two neighbors.

RESEAU CITEVAL

Operated by the Lacroix bus network on behalf of Ile-de-France Mobilités, the regulatory authority for transport in the Ile-de-France region, the CitéVal network comprises a number of regular routes throughout the Val Parisis conurbation. These high-speed shuttles connect different neighborhoods in a very tightly-packed network, making them accessible to as many people as possible. Transport is provided by shuttles with around ten seats, and timetables are timed to make them easier to read.

GARE DU GROS NOYER - SAINT PRIX

Train

It's one of three stations in the Ermont area: the Gros Noyer - Saint Prix est station serves the Gros Noyer district and the nearby commune of Saint -Prix. Served by line H, it lies between Saint-Leu la Forêt and Ermont-Halte stations. It boasts a modern passenger building, and is linked to the rest of the region by frequent bus services. From here, it's a 40-minute journey to Gare du Nord.
