The courses taking place on the site of vocational training in Argenteuil, the Ducasse house set up shuttles from Paris (departure 73, rue de Courcelles (8 th), free for registrants, of course because the site is difficult to accessoble by public transport! You will choose between a morning or a whole day. It will cost 145 € for half a day or € 290 for the 8 hour day. For this price you will be welcomed in a perfectly adapted kitchen, in small committee since the courses are limited to 7 participants.

Kitchen, pastry, themed courses on Foie gras, sauces. Rates are staggered from the second course.
