The Conquest of Bread is a bakery founded in 2010 with the particularity of being organic and self-managed. You will find two types of chopsticks, the Baobab and Prehistory, several breads (figs and apricots, chestnut flour, lemon and ankle, and a few gluten-free miches), pastries and pastries (macarons, cookies, canivés, pie) strawberries, vanilla cheesecakes, or lemon lemon pie). Recently, the bakery offers a system of «waiting sticks», inspired by the suspended coffees developed in Naples. The principle: you can buy a stick and ask to put it on hold.
