As its name suggests, this restaurant is above all a cellar where you can enjoy yourself. Tout est délicieux (le foie gras, l'agneau, la glace à l'huile d'olive...)
J'adore ce chef, et la terrasse dans les arbres l'été est un must.
Les choix des vins, évidemment, directement à la cave, est un plus.
