There are not many opportunities to see the most important artists of the "progressive music" trend, those who have been mixing jazz with rock, classical and traditional music since the 1970s. For the past fifteen years, Le Triton has delighted many fans of Soft Machine, Henry Cow, Magma, Gong, National Health, Robert Wyatt... Reformations of groups, presentations of bands that perpetuate the heritage of the latter: this place ensures, and frankly we are impressed by the richness of the programming. Many have been there: Christian Vander, John Greaves, Phil Miller, François "Faton" Cahen, Yochko Seffer, Richard Sinclair, Pip Pyle, Daevid Allen, Magma, Zao, Univers Zéro, Moving Gelatine Plates, Hugh Hopper, Chris Cutler... Note that the place is also an association restaurant with several dozen restaurants!
