Their flagship wine, Château Haut Bonneau - Vieilles Vignes, is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the estate's oldest plots. Aged for 12 months, it offers a rich texture and controlled tannins. Château Haut Bonneau - Edition spéciale is an exceptional wine produced in limited series for special occasions. Grand Vin Blanc de Bonneau is a white wine made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, aged for 3 months in oak barrels. The estate also offers a tasting room where visitors can sample their wines.
