Château Haut-Goujon is a vineyard offering a unique winegrowing experience. Managed by Mickael Garde and his sister Corinne, this family-run operation boasts 18 hectares of vines in the Montagne Saint-Émilion and Lalande de Pomerol appellations. The wines produced here fully express the potential of the terroir, with an emphasis on environmental preservation. The estate is HVE 3 certified and uses gentle cultivation techniques to support the development of the vines. Harvesting is mainly carried out by hand, allowing the grapes to be pre-sorted to guarantee optimum quality. The winemaking process is carried out without the addition of sulfites, to allow the wine to express its full potential and personality. The domaine offers a wide range of wines, from Montagne Saint-Émilion to Lalande de Pomerol, as well as special cuvées. Visitors are welcome to discover the estate and take part in tastings.
