Direction très arrangeante et bien a l'écoute du client. Les chambres merites urgemment une rénovation A mon retour à l'hotel j'ai bénéficié d'une chambre rénovée qui donnait un meilleure expérience. Les équipements des chambres sont quand même très rudimentaire (à étudier ce qu'est un besoin minimum dans une chambre pour un client. ..)

Hôtel vieillissant, moquettes et ascenseur dans les communs sales, A part pour le thé, petit déjeuner très quelconque, plateau de jambon vide à 09h00 et pas de réassort. Les chambres sont d’un autre temps … Fuite flexible de douche, lunette wc ébréchée, seulement 2 prises, couleurs sur les rideaux passées.
Une femme de chambre frappe à la porte à 10h00 pour nous presser de partir alors que nous pouvons rester jusqu’à 12h00 … ????
Bref à part l’emplacement à 10 minutes à pieds de l’aéroport qui est top, pour le reste je cherche encore …

En revanche niveau prestation : la déco des chambres est vieillotte, le lit était tassé (donc non confortable)

Estuvimos una noche, confortable la cama muy cómoda,limpio y caliente.El desayuno variado y el personal muy amable,destacó la amabilidad y servicial idad de Hussein el recepcionista que nos atendió.

Chambres classique IBIS Styles. Confortable et propres. Rien à redire :-) Le vrai plus, pour cet hôtel IBIS est le personnel qui est vraiment TOP et le service à la clientèle. C'est vraiment très agréable. Une mention particulière à Audrey. Que je tiens à remercier particulièrement pour son accueil et le service rendu.

Un très bon hôtel. Le personnel est super sympathique et serviable. La cuisine est très bonne et généreusement servie. L’endroit est calme et accessible. Je recommande.

Ideally situated for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Free parking and a tramstop outside. Fairly basic but ok for a short stay.

Très bon séjour pour une réunion familiale à proximité. L'accueil était parfait ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Tout le standing d'un Ibis style était au rdv.

This hotel is right next to the airport in Bordeaux, one stop on the tram or a short walk to the airport.
The fact that the tram stop is just outside the door of the hotel makes it very easily accessible to the city centre too and the train station.
The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished, the rooms are very nice and modern. Breakfast was nice and started early, which you would expect of an airport hotel.
Highly recommended if you need an airport hotel and also a quiet location if you are visiting Bordeaux.

Warm and friendly receptionist at the front desk both in the evening and morning.
The room was freezing in spite of adjusting the air con and could definitely do with some renovations/maintenance. There was only a duvet and not sheets which is less than I’d expect for a 3* hotel.
The bath/shower didn’t work well as it struggled to drain water and also water ended up on tte floor as the glass partition is quite short.
Convenient for catching an early flight with tram right in front of hotel. Glad I only stayed 1 night.

Endroit sympathique , agréable , propre, le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Le buffet appétissant , les menus variés et très bons . À 2 mn de l'aéroport. Navette gratuite !

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in eher nüchternem Stil direkt am Flughafen. Es wirkt alles leicht schmuddelig. Hervorzuheben ist allerdings das hervorragende Frühstück ab 5 Uhr und dass Hunde willkommen sind!

Superbe literie, hotel bien placé
Hôtel standard, bien équipé, très bonne literie, et très bon petit déjeuner. Central, toutes les destinations touristiques peuvent être jointes à pieds. Notre bébé a pu bénéficier d'un lit parapluie gracieusement.
Acid colours are cheerful and relaxing and everything in the rooms. A good point to be highlighted with breakfast, press oranges. It is so rare even in superior establishments. It is just a little complicated to find the hotel in these areas of offices and hotels.
