At lunchtime, the chef composes his menu with two starters, three main courses, including a salad, and a choice of two desserts. On the table that day, a crispy basil and feta cigar followed by a fish parmentier with candied bell pepper, well garnished and tasty. There was just a small place left for a well named café mignon.
