This brasserie in downtown Mérignac has found its cruising speed. The contemporary space is pleasant, the beautiful cellar overlooks the room and in the summer you can enjoy the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the old church. The menu is based on market cuisine and suggestions on the slate displayed at lunch and dinner. The dishes are well prepared, from fresh seasonal products, and well presented. An Express Formula with a dish of the day or a butcher's cut and coffee is perfect for those in a hurry. The staff are smiling and the service is fast.

Très bon repas dans un cadre calme et serein. Les cocktails étaient très bon, les plats et le dessert aussi! Seul petit bémol le temps d'attente entre le plat et les desserts mais à part ce très léger désagrément tout était excellent et fluide.

bof hypertendus s'abstenir avec le thon mi cuit tres tres trop salé. sauce soja submerge le goût du thon congelé. au secours. Etchebest. heureusement l'entrée était très bonne..... des huîtres suite à la reponse du patron je corrige e pour le thon mais dans ce cas il était loin d'être frais.

Excellente soirée passée au Basile avec ma famille. Les plats, les serveurs, l'ambiance : tout était parfait. La vue sur la cuisine rajoute du charme au restaurant. Je recommande cette adresse sur Mérignac sans hésitation ! Vous passerez un excellent moment

Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée ! L'accueil et le cadre sont chaleureux. La carte est appétissante et les plats sont très bons et copieux. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
