From the tree to the bar! This rural chocolate foundry occupies a beautiful and tastefully renovated vintage Briard workshop. Grégoire Engrand, a renowned chocolate maker, produces bars and chocolates from cocoa beans selected and imported by him. He works with mastery and passion to create Easter eggs, hens, roosters, lobsters and other sardines... there is something for everyone. Christmas also has its own range and classics and novelties are added all year round. He is also behind the famous chocolate pasta created in collaboration with a Brie pasta manufacturer.

Honey and jam producer

Make the right choice with honey produced locally with love and passion. You can find the excellent organic honeys of this beekeepers couple at the fairs and markets of the region and directly on their bee farm, located in La Houssaye-en-Brie hence the allusion in their name. You find on the shelves, a range of honeys offered in pretty little jars (remember to bring them back, they recycle them), but also by-products, including royal jelly or propolis.
