André Mouilleron, well known of the Columériens - La Première Batch - has opened here a nice shop where one finds the same artisanal breads as in Coulommiers - Brie bread, countryside, sound, grain, mill, michette or leaven. But, just like in Coulommiers, the specialty of the places is of course the Small, a small artisanale shaped manually, to the taste of hazelnut. The shop also makes tea lounge in a beautiful bright room with beautiful stone walls. Breakfast at 5 €. Quick formula at noon.
