Entreprise à éviter

Je déconseille cette entreprise, plusieurs infiltrations après plusieurs années encore, ne réponds jamais au téléphone , aucune interventions en cas de problème, je suis obligé de passer par le service juridique et contacter son assurance.
Entreprise catastrophique avec un patron caractériel .

Monsieur, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de ne pourvoir répondre positivement à votre demande. Ces derniers mois de pluies, ainsi que nos chantiers déjà validés ne nous permettent pas de prendre de nouveaux clients. Le caractère exceptionnel des derniers mois de pluies font qu'il y a des fuites dites occasionnelles. Nous comprenons que votre problème est urgent mais comme tous ceux de tous nos clients. En espérant que vous pourrez trouver un charpentier couvreur plus disponible que nous.

Nous lui avons fait faire un agrandissement en ossature bois. Il a fait tous les travaux de À à Z et le résultat est conforme à nos attentes. Les matériaux utilisés tant au niveau de la qualité que du savoir faire sont extrêmement satisfaisant. Je rejoins un des avis en mettant en avant le côté professionnel et la volonté de se rapprocher de la perfection.
Un vrai artisan qui veut satisfaire son client.
