Estate offering a tour that leads to organic farming and tasting of its natural IGP Ile-de-France wines

Did you know that in the 18th century, the Île-de-France region was the largest wine-growing area in France? In Guérard, 400 hectares of vines covered the hillsides and the whole village made a living from this crop, until phylloxera decimated the vineyards. But Daniel Kiszel, a passionate winegrower, planted his first vines in 2003, determined to revive this forgotten heritage. Don't miss a visit to the estate, which is farmed organically, and a tasting of its IGP Île-de-France wines.

J'ignorais totalement que la seine et marne avait des producteurs de vin ! Ici vous avez affaire à une famille de passionnés épaulé par un vigneron du 66 qui a eu un choc en voyant les vignes d'ici. ???? je recommande vraiment cette visite et la dégustation qui suivie.
