ce musée se trouve à Moret sur Loing, au milieu du fleuve Loing, et on y accède par une passerelle en bois. A l'intérieur, diverses informations sont proposées aux visiteurs, sur l'origine et les vertues des bonbons au sucre d'orge, les méthodes de fabrications, les personnages célèbres qui en étaient gourmand (le sucre d'orge est censé soulager la gorge, et dans le passé il était très populaire auprès des grands orateurs). Une dégustation est proposée à la sortie. Globalement un petit musée intéressant à visiter si on se trouve à Moret sur Loing.
