We’ve just had an excellent guided tour, which covered the history of the chateau, an explanation of the different grapes, the wine making and last but not least the wine tasting ???? Thank you very much for the great visit!

Beautiful Chateau and castle with a moat. The tour we had was lovely with an explanation of the castle, vineyards, cellars, production areas and tasting room. Very informative and sweet group, would recommend!

We loved this place. Had a great tour with a lovely host. The wine was superb. We got a vintage bottle and it did not disappoint. Thank you for the experience in the Castle and around the vineyard.

Château d'Agassac, é la sede di una tenuta di produzione vinicola dell'Haut-Médoc situata a Ludon-Médoc vicino a Bordeaux, in Francia.
Lo Château d'Agassac è un castello medievale risalente al XIII secolo, noto per la sua architettura fiabesca e per essere circondato da un fossato. La tenuta è rinomata per la produzione di vini rossi, in particolare un Cru Bourgeois classificato come "Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel" nella Classificazione Ufficiale dei Vini di Bordeaux del 1932.lt offre isivte guidate e degustazioni dei suoi vini. È uno dei pochi castelli dell'Haut-Médoc a disporre di un ristorante, che offre piatti gourmet.

Are tour of this winery was superb. Our guide studying viticulture and Oenology was so knowledgeable. He walked us through the grape cultivation and wine making process. Showing us the soil differentiation required for different varieties. His depth of knowledge of wine history and worldwide making (including our native Australia) was amazing. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience

A superb Chateau. We had a fantastic time, the tour was relaxed but informative. The wines are considered and produced in harmony with the Terroir. We had a perfect, enjoyable and relaxed visit, learning about the history of the Chateau, wine making and tasting the wines. Our guide was excellent.

Un lieu exceptionnel pour un mariage réussi. Le château est magnifique et la salle à couper le souffle, nos invités et nous même ont été ravi. Petit bémol tout de même, une chambre pour les mariés aurait été très appréciée et un parc sans travaux aurait été beaucoup mieux...

Absolutely perfect place to spend a day. Picnic was very good. Real professional team (nice, friendly and experts of wines). We would love to spend entire weekend here, discovering wine yards. Thank you for good time!

Visité à l'occasion des journées portes ouvertes. Magnifique château à tourelles entouré de douves et d'un parc invitant au pique-nique. Le pigeonnier est superbement restauré.

Nous avons visité le château avec un temps exécrable, mais la guide a su nous le faire oublier ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le lieu est sublime, les explications sont très pointues, vraiment je recommande cette visite. Suivi également d'une agréable dégustation, top !

Un incontournable de la région bordelaise, que ce soit pour la table, le site où la visite et dégustation des vins. Dépaysement garanti. Je recommande fortement! Ils y font même un très bon rosé de Bordeaux!!

Bonjour,

J'ai visité le château D'Agassac le samedi 11 juillet 2015 et ce fût un réél enchantement: Notre guide très sympathique, nous a tout raconté de l'histoire de ce domaine du 13eme siècle mais aussi la philosophie des vins du domaine ainsi que leur engagement dans le développement durable.
Les vins sont délicieux et tous très bien expliqués par notre guide. Nous avons également eu la chance de pouvoir déjeuner à la table de leur nouveau restaurant ouvert depuis un mois au sein même du château historique.
Là encore nous avons été charmés par l'accueil la qualité du service et des plats servis. C'est vraiment un restaurant gastronomique avec prix sages.
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller un petit détour par le château d'Agassac pour les amoureux de pierres, d'histoire de vins et de gastronomie.

Beautiful castle, the visit is worth it. The welcome is very friendly.

I went on the doors, you taste 4 wines. It has just launched in the rosy one. It is a shame you enjoyed only Chateau Agassac early product 2009. It is not very showcasing for beginners!
