The Mouilleron bakery is a Coulommiers classic, a family adventure that began in 1976, and continues to supply local residents with the same passion, and know-how well handed down. Today, it's run by Sylvain Mouilleron, a stickler for tradition who celebrates his region, notably with his famous brie stems. The baker-patissier offers a wide range of delights, including old-fashioned breads, boule de ferme and speciality breads, as well as viennoiseries and pastries, and savoury snacks.

Mathieu Pinelle runs his franchised wine cellar in the center of Coulommiers, right on the banks of the Grand Morin. On these well-stocked shelves, you'll find over 900 references from all over France and the world, for all occasions and with the expert advice of the cellarman. You'll be able to discover a range at all price points, from new releases to great classics, from confidential to prestigious appellations (Pessac-Léognan, Champagne, Costières de Nîmes, Saumur, Madiran...). Delphine Weiss' boutique is a veritable compilation of pleasures, offering not only a wide range of chocolate products, but also a host of local and international delicatessen items. Her pretty boutique, located in the center of town, is the perfect place to fill up on the delights: Chapon chocolates, Vallée d'Origine, Provins rose honey, salts, mustards and vinegars, a selection of teas, coffees and chocolate powder, as well as jams, cookies and confectionery products.

On the Place du Marché, the D'Hondt family's cheese shop is one of the town's must-sees, as famous for its many cheeses as for the quality of its maturing. Their award-winning Brie de Coulommiers is as highly recommended as the three hundred other varieties on offer: cheeses from Seine-et-Marne, of course, but also from all over the country and beyond. The shelves are also stocked with a wide range of delicatessen products, including jars, wines, spreads and creamery products.
