The association de Sauvegarde de la villa Saint-Romain, in partnership with the Union des Grands Vins wines and the Wine union of Loupiac, wants to discover wines sweet to all lovers of wine, gastronomy and history during this weekend. Spring des Sweet welcomes local artists and artisans who will make you discover and try disciplines already existing in the Second century after J.-C: pottery, mosaic, engraving on stone, painting and sculpture. Throughout these two days, shows of Greco-Roman wrestling, juggling, dance, gladiator will delight the small and the big who can even try to do so. To complete this event, a Gallo-Roman dinner on Saturday evening, upon reservation, will be offered. On the menu, changing Roman dishes: fatty livers, roasted game, fruit poached to honey and nuts that will be served by the Gallic. After a year of stand-by (2015), Le Printemps des Sweet returns in 2016, be ready for the event.
