The Matignons, a family of millers, put their heart into their work, offering a vast choice of flours: wheat, spelt, rye, oats, corn, small spelt, buckwheat, as well as a range of ready-to-use mixes. All can be purchased in 2 kg, 5 kg and even 25 kg packs, at the mill or from selected retailers.

Le Bio Paysan is an organic grocery store opened in collaboration with some forty local producers. But it's not just another store, as it's committed to responsible consumption, with a rigorous selection of products, including 180 in bulk: lemongrass, quinoa... You'll find excellent foodstuffs to treat yourself and do you good: birch sap, wood-fired breads, black sesame cream, poultry, seasonal baskets...
