Family business producing three traditional French flours: Gâtinaise, Brie and Montereau
The fourth generation of millers, Gilles continues the family business begun by his great-grandfather. His products include organic and conventional flours, such as Gâtinaise and Brie, made from wheat harvested in these regions, including wheat, spelt, rye, oats, corn, small spelt and buckwheat. The estate offers direct sales. To visit the mill, please make an appointment (visits only permitted on open days).

Cela fait des années que je m'approvisionne en différentes farines bio ou pas, bière artisanale La Gâtine et divers fruits séchés y compris les pépites de chocolat. Je ne suis jamais déçue. Je recommande vivement.
