Château Bourdieu de l'Hermitage is a vineyard located in Lugon-et-l'Île-du-Carnay. The estate produces organic, biodynamic and natural wines. Organic wines are produced without synthetic treatments or insecticides on the vines, while biodynamic wines go a step further by using plant-based preparations and following the lunar calendar to strengthen the vines. Natural wines are obtained by combining the processes of organic and biodynamic wines, without any inputs or techniques designed to improve the original juice. Château Bourdieu de l'Hermitage also offers wines with no added sulfites. It's important to note that organic certification takes at least 3 years.
